Once your redemption has been processed by our team, the time it takes to reach your account depends on the redemtion method you've chosen.
Here's what to expect for each redemption method's internal processing time:
Prizeout — An email is sent instantly once processed (note: not available on all brands). Gift card redemptions are processed within up to 3 business days
Trustly — Usually instant, but depending on your bank and platform, it can take 3 to 5 business days to complete.
Skrill — Instant in most cases, up to 24 hours occasionally.
MassPay — 1 to 2 business days.
