There are two main reasons you might not have access to SC gameplay:
You haven't completed Level 1 verification. SC gameplay is unlocked once you finish Level 1 verification — that includes verifying your phone number, completing your profile, and passing the liveness check. For full details, see How do I verify my account?
You're located in a state where SC play isn't available. SC gameplay is only available in eligible states. If you're located in an excluded state or territory, you won't be able to access SC mode. For the full list, see States & Territories Excluded from Coinsback Casino.
