Surveys are sent to different segments of our players, so not everyone receives every survey. Invitations go out based on factors like account activity and player profile, and the segments change from one survey to the next.
There's nothing wrong with your account if you haven't received one — you may simply not be part of the segment for that particular survey. Keep an eye on your inbox; you may be invited to future ones.
