To update your preferences:
Go to Account
Select Preferences
Toggle your preferred communication methods on or off
Click Update Preferences
Available Contact Options
You can opt in or out of the following:
Email – Receive promotions and offers via email
Phone – Receive promotional calls
SMS / WhatsApp – Receive text message promotions
Post – Receive promotional mail
Important Notes
You can update your preferences at any time
Changes may take a short time to take effect
Some essential account communications may still be sent regardless of your preferences
