If your free SC disappeared after making a redemption request, it’s usually because the bonus was still active and hadn’t met the required playthrough conditions.
Why Did This Happen?
According to our SC Game Rules:
SC must be played through 1x (once) before it becomes eligible for redemption
If you request a redemption before completing the playthrough, any remaining unplayed SC may be canceled
As a result, the redemption cannot be completed using those funds
What to Do Next:
Always complete the playthrough requirements before requesting a redemption
Once the SC is fully played through, it will move into your Redeemable Balance
You can then safely submit a redemption request
