If your redeemable SC balance is showing as 0, it usually means you have active bonuses or unplayed SC that haven’t met the required playthrough conditions yet.
How SC Balances Work:
Your account may contain two separate SC balances:
Unplayed Balance – SC that hasn’t been used yet or is tied to an active bonus
Redeemable Balance – SC that has met all playthrough conditions and is eligible for redemption
When both balances exist (and bonuses are active), gameplay may prioritize clearing required playthrough before making SC redeemable.
SC Game Rules (Simplified):
As per our SC Game Rules:
SC must be played through 1x (once) before becoming eligible for redemption, unless stated otherwise
When Will It Update?
Once you meet the playthrough requirement:
The SC is released
It moves into your Redeemable Balance
You’ll then be able to request a redemption
Example Scenario:
Let’s say you received 10 SC as part of a promotion:
The 10 SC is not immediately redeemable
You need to play through the full 10 SC at least once
After completing this, it moves into your Redeemable Balance
